I don't hand off the hard parts; I own the whole system from first commit to production traffic. Comfortable being the person who makes the entire thing exist.
Full-stack mobile platform plus AI catch-verification for competitive fishing, built end-to-end by two engineers across 20+ repos. One Expo / React Native / Next.js codebase ships to iOS, Android, and web over real-time Python + Node.js WebSocket APIs. AI verification stack (YOLO + OpenAI Vision over a 419-species DB), on-chain Fish Cards on Flow, and a 279-migration data layer (100+ tables, 300+ RLS policies) feeding a 40-model dbt medallion exposed to AI agents over MCP.
Started the company alone and wrote every line. A fleet of ephemeral applier agents podded into Docker and orchestrated on a Kubernetes setup I built auto-applied to acting roles across fragmented casting platforms. Actors loved it; the platforms blocked the bots into the ground. messager-roley alone: 1,522 commits.
Author of record on the studio's production portfolio. Built Nucleus Brain (open-source, 2,216 commits) — an agentic-infrastructure platform with native MCP transport (Claude / Anthropic / OpenAI), a real-time NodeGraph, RAG retrieval, CronJob agent passes, and a Neo4j knowledge graph — deployed on a hand-rolled k3s cluster (Hetzner, 15+ namespaces). Also the Walleye Fest tournament portal (Rust + Next.js) and studio products (Happy Swims, Patagonia Moto, AGFPay).
Built and run the full booking suite for a bike & motorcycle rental fleet — Segway Xyber, e-bikes, and motorcycles — for a Chilean SpA at the bottom of Patagonia.
